Carolanne has always had an interest in alternative and holistic therapies and the possibility of self-healing.  A natural tendency to always wanting to help & heal others.

Living in Oslo Norway, after much procrastinating and self-belief, she broke away and changed her career as a Hotelier and started to study hypnosis and the power of the mind & our belief system.

Now qualified as a CONTROL Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, BLAST Technique (EMDR) & Rapid Transformational Therapist.  Carolanne works as an online therapist specialising in helping women, struggling with lack of self-belief, self-worth, procrastination, and sleep issues.
