The CONTROL Academy conducts the training of CONTROL Practitioners

The CONTROL Academy offers professional conduct guidelines for client work in the form of the code of conduct shown below.

If a client of a practitioner feels the code of conduct has not been abided by at all times they can lobby a complaint to the Academy and the matter will be investigated.

In the event of a practitioner being found to have deviated from the code of conduct the Academy can suspend and in extreme cases remove their status as CONTROL Practitioner.

The CONTROL Academy does not supervise or have oversight of the day to day work and practice carried out by practitioners.
