Caroline gained her diploma in clinical hypnotherapy with the British School of Applied Psychology in 2014. She also has many years experience as a Macmillan cancer nurse and palliative care nurse, so it is not surprising that she has a specialist interest in supporting clients with cancer as a Hypno-Chemo Practitioner – providing support to help reduce stress and anxiety and encourage positivity through cancer treatment.
Caroline was introduced to the CONTROL system by her husband Chris (also a qualified hypnotist and CONTROL Practitioner). Caroline immediately identified that the CONTROL system utilizes the most effective and beneficial aspect of therapeutic hypnosis likening it to “taking the cream off the milk” the CONTROL system uses the cream of traditional hypnotherapy to bring about simple, fast, and effective psychological and emotional change.
Caroline is delighted and proud to have now enhanced her skills as a CONTROL Practitioner supporting clients to rapidly and effectively make positive changes in their patterns of behaviour or thinking thus helping remove fears, anxieties, habits and limiting beliefs to regain control of their thoughts and responses.
"Caroline is the most kind reassuring person I’ve ever met. I was incredibly lost and anxious before I met her. She has helped me to turn my life around, built my self esteem and confidence whilst giving me some wonderful tools to create a positive future. Thank you so much for your help and support. 100% recommended to anybody looking for help and support."
"Caroline, what can I say? I owe you more than I can ever repay. If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t still be hanging in there!"
