IMAGINE...

Imagine if you woke up tomorrow morning and the part of your brain that criticises you, gives you negativity and tells you all the bad things about you didn’t work anymore.

Imagine if you were suddenly unable to do that.

How much criticism and negativity would you actually receive that day?

Not much?

None?

Maybe the only person that remains in your life who is giving you constant criticism is yourself.

Imagine if that stopped.

Imagine if you could no longer spend large parts of your day reminding yourself about all the things you don’t like about yourself.

What would the effect be?

Maybe you’d become free to regard yourself with a little more positivity.

Maybe you’d become free to regard your endeavours with a bit less doubt and scepticism.

Maybe you’d just get to feel a little more confident.

So if we can already see how this simple shift would achieve a positive effect, how about we choose to do this deliberately?

Confidence isn’t something that we learn to have.

It’s something that naturally returns to us when we stop giving ourselves s**t.
